I recently got the Nintendo Switch and it came with BOTW, Shovel Knight, and Has Been Heroes. Are there any other games on the English or JP store you'd recommend? I'm interested in platformers/rhythm/RPG. I'll give rep for suggestions!
The Switch has some really cool RPGs coming out in the future! Unfortunately, they lack a wide library of games right now.
I'm not sure if you're a Xenoblade Chronicles fan, but the sequel to the original is coming out really soon!
Project Octopath Traveler was also revealed recently... It's by the same people who did Bravely Default so I think it'll be really good!
I'm not aware of any Platformers or Rhythm Games, though.
I know you didn't ask about puzzle games, but personally my absolute favorites for the Switch are Snipperclips and PuyoPuyo Tetris. There's not much to them, but they're actually really fun!
Also, I can confirm that Shovel Knight is a great game, so I'd definitely check that out.
