It appears as though someone in Indonesia tried to access my account last night and I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen.

Never happened to my steam account. I'd recommend you change your password/email and enable 2FA (works with steam's Android/iOS app) if your email also supports 2FA enable it there as well.
