    Shipping Food Overnight?

I can't seem to contact my local USPS over this; so why not post on cK?
I'm looking to ship food (cooked meat to be specific) overnight
Does anyone have any idea how I should box it all, and should I go through expedited shipping?
I tried calling USPS customer service for pointers but I was stuck on hold and eventually hung up on.

I googled it and found this article; Hopefully, it has some pointers that might help.

I cant be the only one wondering why you're sending cooked food through the mail? Haha

Also, of it's something delicious, just send it to me!
