Direct Email Address

Does anyone have a direct email address for support member at neopets? I have an account has been locked since the damn transition and when I attempt to recover it the lovely message of locked for my protection pops up. Can't do their damn ticket system because I am not logged in of course due to their stupidity. Sorry getting a bit frustrated with the whole process

To increase your chances greatly, you should create a shell -> submit a ticket and keep checking every day. Also spam their FB page posts with the ticket #. Best of luck!

Darn that means I have to come up with a new account name. I had posted on their Facebook before from one I use just for that main but didn't have much luck. I will try your way once I think of a name for an account

Once you create a side and open a ticket, post the ticket number to the "Help" neoboard. There should be a topic there where everyone is posting their ticket number. Im pretty sure a couple of the staff watch that topic.

When I submit a ticket for an account, I usually make a side with basically the same name as the account. Like say your name was Forgotten, I make my side Forgotten_iced, Forgotten2, etc. I usually get replies within a month or so of creating the ticket (which is pretty fast for them, sadly).

good luck. i emailed them the other day at (you need an account to see links) to complain about one of the non-workable on the site. Not sure if they even check that email.
