Does anyone have a direct email address for support member at neopets? I have an account has been locked since the damn transition and when I attempt to recover it the lovely message of locked for my protection pops up. Can't do their damn ticket system because I am not logged in of course due to their stupidity. Sorry getting a bit frustrated with the whole process

When I submit a ticket for an account, I usually make a side with basically the same name as the account. Like say your name was Forgotten, I make my side Forgotten_iced, Forgotten2, etc. I usually get replies within a month or so of creating the ticket (which is pretty fast for them, sadly).

good luck. i emailed them the other day at (you need an account to see links) to complain about one of the non-workable on the site. Not sure if they even check that email.
