    Free calculus help from engineer

    Cuz I like math lol
PM for fastest response or tag me. Btw my favorite resource for calc is Paul's Online Notes, Wolframalpha, Reshish Matrixes, and Symbolab! I used Stewart's textbook and I think it's pretty good. Just keep practicing.

(you need an account to see links)

    Differential Equations
    Precalculus (duh)
    Linear Algebra
    Statistics
    Mathematical Modeling
    Calculus I
    Calculus II
    Calculus III

Just don't ask me what kind of engineer I am, personal reasons. If it's too complicated either I charge USD/neopets assets or just give you hints for free. If I ever have to charge you I type the solutions on Word using equation editor.

Also I loved introductory thermodynamics class that a lot of disciplines had to take, and I'm very good at it. Would love to help you in thermo.

Maybe. Just warning I'm NOT good at coding and it sound like it might have some coding though. But I do want to become better at coding if its MATLAB. I will PM ya my skype

This is the question right? You implied that you saw the solution already and confused about the answer. I don't get whats wrong with the x^4 so please specify?
Is it the question = answer? Weird format just making sure

This is my teacher's solution to a problem. It is only a single step in it. I understood the rest of the problem.

I don't understand how at one point they have x^4 and the next step the x^4 is just gone.

EDIT: You can disregard the C1, I basically don't understand how the two statements are equal.

Yeah I was confused because you said DE which I thought was diffyeqs. I'm gonna open my textbook and try to get it using some identities.

Actually quite easy, why was I thinking of using an identity lol

^Should be obvious from here (:

What you wrote has x^5 in the last line, but in my teacher's solution there is no x^5 or x^4.. I don't understand where that x went. Do you know what I mean?

Oh I was too lazy to write the last step. You merge x^5 with the other term and then it becomes (x(y/x+3))^5. You can merge them because they are both ^5
Please look at the exponent law
