I can't even tell what it is from how small the image is... But you can definitely right click on the image and add it to your block list (with your fav. AdBlock extension).

If you have no AdBlock extension then I must say your browsing experience online must suck.

While it is gross I don't think it is breaking any rules. Like Joe said you can block the picture with ad-block. Its not porn, or bestiality, or someone getting murdered.

People are phobic of spiders and clowns, are we going to start a trend here to ask those with spiders and clowns as avatar pictures to remove them as well?
