I've had the same issue. I was trying to purchase NC through paypal and it wouldn't load the page, even though the transaction had gone through. After about 10 minutes the NC was delivered to my account. I'm not sure if this can be applied here though, but I would suggest checking your PP's transaction history.

Yeah, I had that problem with neocash and Premium -- lag between buy-time and getting the goods.

Yes, I had the same problem like a month ago but I had it when I unsubscribed premium.
