She's pointing out that neopets users might still report out of jealousy/paranoia (though I doubt so, since it's a low end UC and most likely a legit adoption by a nice user). She isn't reporting it. Y'all gotta chill!

this person wasn't even looking that pet specifically so I doubt it's purchased, also was on the PC with a board looking for UFA mutants earlier I think she was asking for Usul or something else, seems like someone that had the UC just decided to be nice and adopt it out though, no telling how they got a hold of it though.. at this point who really cares? most UC pets are from inactive accounts or have been with the user for years at this point anyways
