Just keep pestering them with tickets on why you were frozen, with as much information as you can gather for that account (NF's, users you had transactions with, PW(s), any other information you can think of) as they will definitely have the history on the account to verify. Most of the time if you have this, they will unfreeze you. Has worked for me in the past for an epic account.
You should also bug them on FB with your ticket #/ID.
