can't acess neopets

I am having trouble accessing the neopets site, and it's driving me crazy :/

I can see the site, login (all my accounts are safe) and browse a bit, but after 1 minute, it goes down and stays inaccessible for 30min or more, then goes back up and the process repeats itself.

I get this response:

''This site can�t be reached

(you need an account to see links) took too long to respond.
Search Google for neopets games category
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT''

It goes down in all browsers, and I tried it in another computer and same thing happened, but I managed to play normally on my Ipad :o which is strange because it's under the same ip??

I tried restoring my computer, re-installed chrome and it's extensions. I added neopets to exclusions in my antivirus, but again, it didn't work..

Help?

(avast offers secureline vpn, should I try it? is it good? it's cheap tho)

I would try Fix #2 and Fix #4 first then go in order from the start if those do not work.

@(you need an account to see links) Thanks for the reply! I did all the steps TWICE and I found that it's my antivirus that is blocking neo :/
