I work in health care, but this made me laugh.
I had a lady filling out an intake form and she was 100% serious and asks "What is the gluteal region..?"
COME ON as if you don't know that is your butt.
I had an experience where I had a call in at the Starbucks I worked at at the time.
He asked me point blank: "Do you sell coffee?"
I had no words, calling the Starbucks Coffee and Tea company and asking if we sold coffee; all I ended up saying was yes, Beans and Coffee Beverages.
And they hung up.

I don't know if this counts as retail but I worked at pizza hut for a while and the dumbest thing I had a customer ask me on 50 cent wing Wednesday was "Can I buy a single chicken wing?"
That wasn't really the bad part, I got asked that EVERY Wednesday. The bad part was that she threw a fit, and threatened my manager over it.
I also worked at a small local grocery store and was asked "Where is the grocery section?"
THE ENTIRE STORE. WOMAN. THE ENTIRE STORE IS THE GROCERY SECTION.
I mentioned it was a grocery store, and got written up for being rude.

I now work in a ups store and oh wow the amount of dumb people and phone calls we get is ABSURD
i had a guy yell at me today bc it was $15 to pack AND ship a fragile stained glass bird (that is a good price too....)
I worked at boost juice and they asked if we sold juices.....
I said yeah and pointed at the menu right above my head and they got shitty at me
I was in the game store today with my boyfriend, when we overheard a discussion a girl was having with the staff of the store. She wanted to give the game back and get a refund because she "didn't like it" and find it "boring". She claimed that if the client wasn't happy with the purchase, they should give a refund, while one of the guys at staff replied back "If you go to the cinema and watch a movie you find boring, you don't go to the front desk and ask for a refund".
The situation was hilarious, oh boy, what a time to be alive.

Yep. I walked out of Rogue One and marveled halfway home that I was so disappointed with a Star Wars movie that I actually walked out! (As I write this, I realize that I probably would've walked out of Attack of the Clones if I hadn't been watching it on DVD. But at least that had the cool Yoda scene!)
First and only time I've ever walked out of a movie. Guess I've been lucky that all the other stinkers were on DVD and I could just throw it back into the envelope and chuck it back at Netflix. (We only stream for Fuller House.)
