I only recently returned to neopets after 3 year hiatus, and thus far have been sucked back into the game. It seems that I'm in the minority here when I say that I spend most of my free time religiously playing neopets. My interest in it has spiked ever since joining the cheating community.
I play neopets because it gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment that I struggle to find in real life. It's a nice escape, especially when university and external stressors fuck me up.
I also recently returned to Neopets. Neopets has been in my life for almost 15 years. Even though I never really made any friends on it, I still love going on everyday and do my dailies, food club, etc.
I've got a life outside Neo.
Right now I only play casualh other things to worry about.
Sorry for spelling errors. This site lags my PC for some reason.
Neopets is sorta.. just there for me. I do my dailies, scoresend a bit for the np, price the shop, make sure my pets are in training. I'm not nearly as active on it compared to the other two petsites I frequent, and that on top of being a part-time student this year + other hobbies and life stuff, it's not exactly my main priority.
Maybe once I have more stuff to do on neo, and less stuff taking up my personal life.. but we'll see.
I'm a very casual player because none of my friends are active since years ago. Back then, I wanted to visit Neo at least once a day. But now because of work and real life, I visit Neo every other day or if I'm bored.
I'm an on-again off-again "intense player" depending on what's going on at work. I don't play very much at home - usually just 20 minutes on weekends to keep up my Trudy streak, collect bank interest, and bet Food Club. My hours at work are 10hrs/day, 5days/week and if things are slow I am constantly puttering about the site doing employment agency jobs, playing games, selling off SDB stuff, and battling for the biweekly obelisk skirmish thing.
I don't really interact with anyone else on the site, so I'm kind of a hidden player.
