How does one acquire a single-char pet these days?

I really want a chocolate Usul! And to get a get a BD pet higher up there. Doesn't have to be spectacular but 1000 would be good.

I know one seller has had two in stock over the past year, and I've seen three crop up in the PC. All three were seeking in the VWN T9 - V/WN T10 range.

I also want that legendary SuAP + WotDF Battledome set I am in the 1500-2000 HSD zone too, but I need to train level until I get into red codestones...so it's kinda discouraging these days :/

Own a King Skaarl's Snowbunny.
Either the Snowy Valley or Haunted Woods stamp avatars. Both would be nice but just one of those would be dandy too.
Maybe finish my gallery, but I'm apathetic about it right now.

I've always wanted to have a few hundred mill worth of NPs and have whatever I considered to be a "perfect account."
I gave up "playing" neo a few years ago, now I mostly am just a seller.
