TNT has IP banned me 3 times in the last 10 years, 1st time I was IP banned I was a 10 year old kid running a scam service for neopets, 2ND time I never could figure out why but it was in a different state, 3rd time all I did was try to login to a frozen account. All three time's in different locations, different times zones, and none of the users banned or emails banned where on the other IP's.

I already found a way xD use vpn to loggin and then disconnect and bingo I am in
They may check your ip again at a different stage on the account. basically anytime you would get a you must login to neopets page to continue it's safe to assume they are logging your browser details and user information.

You could try unplugging your router, checking to see if that gives you a new static IP address. Or, you can call your Internet Service Provider and ask for a new IP address.
    Will do the trick. enjoy!

Agree with the previous speaker. You can find some additional info about checking of routers connection here (you need an account to see links). Also you can use the incognito mode in browser, or just try to use vpn or proxy. Good luck!
