I have tried logging in and out and also clearing my history, but it's still doing it.
Yeah, I used to get it until I cleared my browser cache. Try doing that and seeing if that works.

Yeah, I already did that when I cleared my history. It's really weird...

You gotta clear the cache, not your browser's history
Press ctrl+shift+delete, make sure only the cache is selected, change to "the beginning of time " (or something like that, depending on your browser. 2 or 3 weeks ago might also work if there's that option) and then just hit OK.
Be careful before doing this as you can delete everything, even saved passwords though.
Forcing a refresh (Ctrl+F5) should help as well.

For future reference, it's probably best to open a Private Browsing / Incognito session as it will not use any existing cookies/cache. That's where I tell people to start when they can't access a website.

Haha no, when I clear my browser's history, it also includes cache, so that's how I know this isn't the issue :p
I have the "cache" portion selected when I clear the history.

Going off of that, this never happened before, and I used to only clear my browser once every 6 months.
I've kept to that, but it's still happening. The cache thing doesn't have to do with it.

Never heard of a browser that does that when you delete the history, unless you use what I mentioned on my last post or Firefox's "Forget about this website".
Like I said though, solution should be as simple as deleting your preferred browser's cache. If you say it doesn't, back up your bookmarks, passwords, etc and start with a new profile.
The problem was fixed the next day it started occurring.

I'm using Chrome, and below is the image of what it shows when I go through and clear history.
It's strange, but I got it to work in another browser. Not sure what's going on, but I guess it's good because it keeps me from checking clraik and neopets between work lol

You told me you had already cleared your browser's cache but looking at that image, 279 MB worth of cache is a lot. I know browsing habits are different to each person but I never clear mine and it's about 300 MB in size, so unless you browse pages with tons of images I can't see it accumulating so much in a single day e_e.
Glad to see you fixed it though.

It's funny you mention that because I thought it was awfully high too I cleared it again, but still no luck. It's working in another browser. I'm beginning to wonder if it's something with my add-ons or idk-what. I really appreciate the help!

UPDATE: I restarted my laptop, and it's working now!
