I've seen the Hat Man and other shadowy beings under sleep paralysis

These are great experiences.
Not sure if you would call mine paranormal or not but here goes...

These stories are all amazing. I've always lowkey hoped to have a paranormal experience. I've wanted to believe in it all, but the logical part of my brain always disproves anything I read or see.
Here's mine( it's not all that scary, but i shall just put it in a spoiler tag just in case):
I've had something "walk through me" before. It wasn't a pleasant experience and although it didn't do anything to me it still gave my heart a jump and sent me immediately into a paralysis like state. Went forwards through me once and then back through me a second time the other way and left. I never saw what it looked like, I just remember the feeling of shock and not being able to do anything.
When I was at my grand pa's, I was sitting on the couch in the middle of the night with my cousins. Suddenly the radio goes on, and plays the favorite song of my grandma really loud. That was pretty scary.
I dreamt about my grandpa right before he died. It's less scary and more sad. He was walking in a forest and I couldn't come with him.
The closest thing I've had to paranormal experiences were during sleep paralysis. I don't wish that upon anyone, it's absolutely terrifying being frozen in place while you see some shadowy figure coming right up to your face. But that's the power of the human mind! Crazy what we can hallucinate sometimes.
My most powerful experience with the paranormal is pretty dark in a sad and emotional way, not so much scary.
TW brief mention of murder + missing person
