Would be nice to have that interaction again for sure. It's one thing I do really miss with the new staff. Hopefully one day they'll start interacting with us.
it would be lovely if they did it tbh. it'd improve their customer service and get people back into neo i reckon. people like to know that the staff actually cares, but too bad that isn't gonna happen
If there was an open forum for people to talk to JS/TNT it would just be filled with 'my account was frozen and I did nothing wrong, unfreeze my account you pieces of shit!'
