Make sure your email's PW and your Neo PW are updated and aren't matching, too.
Sounds like someone might've stolen it.

It's sooooo scary that people are taking stuff from very active accs. I just did all the steps in that guide so I hope never happens to me.

If you had everything pinned, then that person may have just offered a junk item on your trade, logged into your acc, then accepted the trade. Do you have any items in your inventory you don't remember being there before?
