I've used supps for most of my life. I used to dabble in the hormones a bit, but these days I try to stay away from them unless I have doctor supervision. Too much stuff can go wrong (bad batch, wrong dosage, etc). If you lift heavy you'll increase test naturally.
Buuuut if you're looking for more of a boost go with regular shots of test. You could probably find a shot nurse or something similar that will give you your doses. More effective and supervised
I do have used Whey Protein GOLD Standard and different Protein Supplements which have not caused any harm to me. I don't know much about "testosterone precursor" because I haven't used it. However, I have heard when taking supplements you should highly increase the water intake.
