Trainers. I used AQElite. I can't seem to find it anymore, it was on the cheat engine forums a few years ago.
I found one for gold and one that sets monsters hp to 0 xP
yeah there a a few javascript stuff you can do with it the gold one was fixed i think
used to use the 0 hp and fight monster in the void gave me large amounts of XP and gold but there is a limit you can get a day
