I'd still be a selfish douche, I'd just have more toys and better food.

Money is money. It makes a few things easier, but also creates new problems. As long as one is aware, you'll get by ok.

Lol i like the firing Tony part

I also think money can cause happiness, but could also cause problems with friends/family.

    1.) Would it change me?
Unfortunately I think yes. Most of the things I could want really aren't that expensive. My dream car is in the five figure range. $15 buys me the most fun in the form of a World of Warcraft subscription. However knowing my impulsive personality, I'm sure I would get into trouble buying overpriced stuff, end up consuming too much time managing stuff, and boost my already existing anxiety.

2.) What if someone gave me $100m out of the blue?
I'd honestly try to find a way out of it. At $100m someone would be trying to scapegoat and frame you for whatever their illegit purposes are. You don't want to go to jail do you? Even at much lower thresholds its too suspicious. Indirectly knew someone that got burned for accepting $50k (to say they didn't see nothing and it didn't turn out well for them).

In the spirit of the question ruling out the real risk though, I'd probably end up buying some nice stuff and quit my day job but also certainly join the Warren Buffett pledge to give away at least 1/2 of my wealth to good causes even if I didn't get recognition. I believe I would be happiest knowing that my efforts in the world help others. I already enjoy this philosophy now but on a much smaller scale as I donate time and money to causes I believe in.

Yes, I think money does change people, but I think it's more of an 'enabler' than a 'changer'.

I've found that when people become successful/rich, they tend to become more extrem - whether that is more generous, more of an asshole, etc., it allows them to comfortably do things they would maybe not be able to do without the financial backing/support.

Money doesn't give you happiness but it helps achieving your life goals which will make you happy.
So in the end money can possibly make you happy.

What I'd do with the money:
    - Donate a lot to animal shelters and possibly open one myself
    - Gift a house with beach sight to my parents
    - Take my granddad to WrestleMania (basically his biggest dream)
    - Surprise my grandma with a flight ticket back to her home country (last time she was there was 40 years ago)
    - Buy my boyfriend our dream car: Audi R8
    - Buy my lil brother a badass PC
    - Pay all of my boyfriend's university costs
    - Buy myself a little cozy house
    - Buy a bunch of crafting supplies (polymer clay, resin, cosplay stuff..)
    - Visit Japan
    - Save the rest.

I don't need that much money for myself, I'd rather fulfill other people's dreams
