The techs that are good can poke you without you feeling more than a mosquito bite of pain. Other ones may lose your vein like mine did and restick a few times.

Mine was very good. I'm not scared of the pain but the needle itself haha. I guess the waiting got to me.
I have a smoothie now so it's not all bad.
