They are making 5 movies out of it! Kind of crazy if you ask me hahaha

WOW! 5 that's impressive but not all that surprising considering how vast the stories world is, I just hope Hagrid will be involved somewhat considering how much he loves keeping unique pets

Not sure how the timelines for the two series would match up or anything but it'd still be nice to see some recognizable characters involved as well :3

If anything I think there might be references thrown in via ancestors rather than actual recognizable characters. Or at least some of the old characters in HP will make a cameo here (such as the Dumbledore reference). I don't have high hopes though, considering the entire premise of these movies is based in America, which we saw and heard almost nothing of in the HP series

I actually read somewhere and don't quote me on this but supposedly the movie series is supposed to end up where Dumbledore and Grindlewald (Johnny depp) have their famous battle.

Yeah i assume that's where all the Dumbledore rumours come from that he could make a return i hope it's the same actor but it is -70 years from Potter so who knows.

Wish my gf was interested i ended up seeing it alone. It's a really good movie worth watching twice on the big screen!
