Vandalism is not a felony and you can't lose voting rights for it lol. If anything, vandalism is the oldest and most patriotic form of protest for something political. That's what the whole Boston tea party was about too. People act like they killed someone
Vandalism is illegal, it does not matter if it is a felony or not. One should not go around destroying property just to thump their chest of opinions. That sort of "most patriotic form" is what concerns people. Make a finger painted sign and protest yelling in the streets if there is disagreement but there is no need to destroy things.
