I've knicked my fingers a few times, never had to go to the hospital though. The worst part is that it's essentially like hardened sand paper. With that said, it doesn't really "cut" your skin. Rather, it obliterates it into nothing .... so if I get a bad cut, we can't even stitch it closed.
Well then let me fix that. Don't deglove yourself eek.
It's a saw designed to cut metal - pretty sure there isn't a glove in this world that it won't go through lol

You can use your imagination. In this injury, your skin is the "glove."
I don't think it's real possible for this type of saw to do it. But we shall find out
