I got to level 135 combat at giant red spiders in the barbarian place.
After that, slayer and gwd.
Made 400m fairly quickly.

If you want 400m quickly just go to Nex ;P

I've made billions luring in Clan Wars. It's pretty easy if you go hard and get em on Skype ^_^

I also made a ton doing the wilderness lent item exploit to where you would get lent something like a phat 'for a vid' than take them to the wilderness, get them to skull on you - than you could return the item to them and it would go into there inv. It was very very funny.
