Eggs and bacon! Or waffles. I'm clearly a breakfast person.

I make lil thin pancake things (with just flour & water), rip it to chunk-sized pieces, then mix it w/ copious amounts of butter/tallow and some spices
not much protein but the fat makes it pre dense in calories so it fills me up for a while

Should add mixed nuts or a nut you like and blend it into flour then add that in for some protein or flax seed mill for a nut flavour thats good for protein could work

Salad xD I love salad I eat it all the time. haha
Sometimes if I want a little more filling I'll put a veggie burger on top just make it in a pan for like 5 min and eat it on a bed of salad with yummy dressing. Easy, fast, yummy, healthy.

Chicken noodle soup made in bulk in crockpot.

Throw everything in before you leave in the morning, come home to food ready to go + leftovers for the next 4 nights.

It's like having a wife in the 50s.

idk if you have a crock pot. I usually dump some chicken in there when I have some time and let it cook for a few hours. Shred it up and put it in the fridge. shredded chicken seems to last forever and it's very versatile. can put it on pizza, make tacos, nachos, sandwiches. endless. make it plain with just salt and pepper and you can flavor it however you want to change it up if it gets boring. bbq, asian, mexican. once its made its just a matter of heating it up and going. you can get tortillas for real cheap and make your own chips in the oven or just heat them up quicky on both sides and make tacos or quesadillas.
i basically spend 30 dollars and i can eat for 2 weeks on chicken. I live alone though and i don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over xD

I am a ramen junkie. I love fresh ramen as much as I love instant ramen.

I also eat a lot. Like I would eat around 3 packs of instant ramen at a time. I discovered that putting in instant brown gravy ( the powder one) in the powder mix together it's amazing. Idk I've had few friends try it. Some loved it. Some thought the idea of putting gravy was weird but eh. It's different from normal instant ramen
