    Help with Moto G (2015) 3Gen

So the phone was working pretty fine.. but today it wont charge nor detect the usb....
but when I plug in the usb when I'm on Fastboot it says the USB is connected and charging... I did a factory reset but still wont charge when its turned on...

Then if I turn on the phone while its connected the battery icon says its charging but actually it isnt, anyone can help me?...

I tried to flash the custom firmware too... but still not working only on Fastboot mode and then the wifi network stopped working too... this is shit I didn't do anything.

    will + rep any help

Did you update Android by any chance? I've read about a lot of issues when people update from Lollipop to Marshmallow (for example)
Was the factory reset from within the phone (Settings → etc) or via recovery?
Try this? (It's for the 1st gen 4G model but doesn't hurt to try)

Unfortunately I don't have this phone so I wouldn't really know how to fix/solve that :/

It was updated since Android M was launched for the MotoG (also it fucked up a 32SD card I had on the phone) and the factory reset was from recovery...
right now wifi its working again and still charging via Fastboot but turned on it wont detected the usb and the charging icon still get 'stuck.

EDIT: Sadly that didn't work either, still not usb response when the phone is on...
will try to install KitKat or Lollipop to see what happens.

@(you need an account to see links) Try searching on the XDA forums and/or reddit?
