not sure what you areaking, but if an account is frozen, it is gone. best option is submitting a ticket and hoping for the best.
If you have an account that was frozen then unfrozen, how long does it stay on your record that the account was frozen? Is it a permanent mark? Im curious if anyone knows or if that it just a mystery, lol
thank you!

I guess she's askin' if the unfrozen account could be marked by TNT and the answer from me is -probably- and the time depends on what you do in/with the account imo xD
well, I had my account frozen but it was unfrozen after contacting tnt. I played on multiple accounts. they told me I can have one account back and I got it back. I am just wondering how long does it stay on my record that I was previously frozen for cheating?
lol that is interesting, the first time i opened this board, the question got cut off in the middle.
and yes, if tnt ices your account they do keep that knowledge there permanently even if it is uniced. however, with smaller things such as silencings, they do expire with good behavior, i believe the time is 6 months no infractions, dont hold me to that though. permanent silencings are just like freezings in that you need to submit a ticket to get that changed.

Yeah likely to be 6 months b/c from what I know people usually keep track of bad things that on did for 6 months then delete the data. Could be 3 years too, who know. Sometime I got my info back after 3 years of inactive.....can't say the same with neopets
I guess that it is staying in TNT's database forever. Like if you were warned before, you'll have greater chances of being freezed after an other warn
Not if it's something like a self-freeze.
I'm not so sure about that. From my point of view they stil have your info lockup (might last for years), it just that none can access to it unless the user him/herself request for it that why they request for proof of ownership.
