Why did they freeze the ticket account? That sounds really weird. Did they at least answer the ticket before they did that?

I'm worried about my accounts as well. I feel like I should just take a hiatus. Especially since my semester has started and I really don't want to worry about neopets in addition to my grades. x_x I feel as though TNT is focusing their attention in the wrong place. I would think they would need to prioritise other things before they start freezing their dwindling user-base. :c Even if we do not play by all the rules, we still contribute to keeping the site alive. Cheaters are currently NOT what is causing more and more players to quit.
