Okay, let's say that I don't have a WU account and cannot get one. Are there any MM that take PayPal + all WU fees + a tip to send someone WU? Because if I want to buy something for let's say $100, so the fees would be like $15 + a $10 tip so I would send the MM $125 via PayPal than he sends $100 to the person that I am buying something from. Is there any way of doing this? Thank you!

Also, if I attach a CC, do I have to have it verified? Or do I only have to have my street address verified?
