Fable 1 and 3 are on PC, although personally, I think 3 is really the only one worth playing.
A few of the Silent Hill games are on PC also.
Definitely Resident Evil. As far as I know, the main franchise games were released on PC.
The F.E.A.R. series is on PC and is pretty dang good.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but if your really big into fighting games then I really recommend the Tekken series, Tekken Tag and Tekken 3 are one of my faavessss. Or Street Fighter.

- I also REALLYYY recommend Kingdom Hearts, at least the first two games on ps2.

- Final Fantasy series... (probably already been mentioned) There's a game on ps2 which is completely based on one of the characters from FF7, the game is called Dirge of Cerberus.

- Spyro series (first 3 games on ps1, or the ps2 series) I'm sure this has been mentioned though haha.

- Crash Bandicoot

- Devil May Cry

- Okami, it's on ps2 and wii and there's a second game on the DS
