Just wondering if there is a guide somewhere for that?

While user and pet lookups are no longer cached, pet pages are still cached and can still display previous owner info. Please be wary about this. You can check to see if there's a cache for your pet page by going to google and searching "cache:http://www.neopets.com/~Petname". Also, search "site:neopets.com petname" to make sure there's nothing that could possibly arouse suspicion.
