Well a cyborg is still half flesh and human and everything. So technically if I were to have metal limbs (legs and arms) all connected through like a metal heart through the chest... I would be classified as a cyborg? If so then hell yeah
Think about it, you can still taste, cus you got your mouth. You can technically still reproduce, cus you your reproductive system is left alone. And you have superhuman strength.
