2 - May I put it in a DVD instead of a CD when I finish downloading?

3 - How do I put it in a DVD or a CD?

4 - Is Wine for Linux free?

Windows 7 costs money so.. You'll have to figure out how to download yourself :p
Ubuntu is a free Linux distribution

You may put it on a DVD, in fact a CD might not have enough space to hold the OS iso.

Ubuntu can be put on a flash drive or cd. Wine is free. Guide in my sig to get programs from here running on it.
