Since both terms have a square root of 3 in them, you could factor that root out of both of them and put the new terms in parentheses.
Like this: root3(3+4x)
For this problem, how would I finish simplifying it, or is that as simple as it gets?

ohhhhhh gotcha
So you're saying like:
(3+4x) sqrt(3) ?
I suppose that makes more sense. I just wasn't sure how to combine the 4x with the 3 or if they stayed separate from each other
