When I login to my Paypal account, I get this message:
To continue receiving information about your account electronically, you must accept our Electronic Communications Delivery Policy. Starting January 2012, your account will be temporarily deactivated and you will not be able to send or receive funds until you provide your consent. Learn more
And when I click on Learn More it sends me back to my account overview, but the URL changes to (you need an account to see links)
I have some money that is being held by them and would like it, but I can't seem to accept the policy. Any help? I'm pretty much Paypal illiterate.
