How to post notices on the (currently broken) Notice Board!

So, the Notice Board has been broken for quite some time now and it appears that it's just another thing TNT/JS does not plan on fixing. So we'll fix it ourselves. This method was originally posted (you need an account to see links) but I figured I'd rewrite it and help Clraikers out in case they wanted to get their shops some cheap publicity! Therefore, I do not take credit for uncovering this method, I am simply bringing a method someone else found to CK!

Also, I noticed there was a slight delay between me posting one and it appearing - is this just a Neopets thing or are they all being looked at before they go through?

I'm not sure if people still check it, but in the off case someone does, there's some cheap advertising
That's just a Neopets thing, TNT/JS doesn't approve them before posting.

I'm pretty sure this method would bypass any blocks too, but I'm not entirely sure. I guess someone could test with a shell if they wanted
