IMO First season was amazing, second season was mediocre, and I couldn't even get halfway through season 3 so I gave up. I don't think I'm going to give season 4 a chance unless I somehow manage to get through season 3

60 Days In. People volunteer to be the eyes and ears in Clark County Jail as a real inmate. They get beat up, threatened of rape, searched down like any other inmate, and deal with the gang parts of being an inmate. It is a real cool program because none of it is scripted.

I was surprised by how much I liked Humans, the Brit sci-fi AI show on Channel 4 and AMC (in the US). You can stream it online with Amazon Prime, too.
If you haven't seen it yet, Dexter was one of my favorites. Actually one of the very few series I got past the first season with. Prison break was good, too. Finished that one but I think the first season was the best.

If someone's interested in funny, romantic and lighthearted shows (with actual plot and not the 20-min comedy type), I'd suggest 'Devious Maids', 'Mistresses' or 'Hart of Dixie'.
I used to watch a bunch of dramatic, thriller, horror stuffs but it's good to mix it up once in a while (and actually laugh and relax a little bit).
