Er, you can disregard 2a. I was too lazy to take out a calculator to check the intervals, but I'm sure someone else will come with the other answers anyway.
1. Simplify the equation.
a. (((uv^2)^3)/((v^2u^3)^-3)^-1
not sure if the brackets are right. but its uv^2 in brackets cubed outside the bracket over v^2u^3 negative cubed outside the bracket, and then the entire thing is to the ^-1
b.(3x^2y^3)^-2
2. Solve using a sign chart (support graphically): *if you could explain how to graph it to me that would be great!
a. (5/x+3)+(3/x-1)<0
b. (x^3-4x)/(x^2+2) less than or equal to 0
3.Using a sign chart determine the x values that cause the polynomial function to be (a)zero, (b)positive, and (c) negative.
f(x)=(2x^2+5)(x-8)^2(x+1)^3
will plus rep each person who answers a different problem correctly. if you do them all, i will give you a little something extra+2 reps.
