Can you get the birthday off of a self-iced account?

I think you can't... because the account is frozen! But maybe there is a way to. I never tryed.

self-iced = disable same as banned so NOPE
In order to get such information you got to your account back by submit a ticket with all the information that said the account belong to you and w/e they require otherwise you won't get it back
And from what you said. It is unlikely you will ever get it back
