umm... don't abuse it, don't send in scores that are impossible ( check mod / high scores ), you won't get banned even if your scores get reviewed unless you send it from a newbie account / an account which is totally new to gamin' on said game / long game time and ALWAYS use a proxy ^^

So once I've gathered the neopoints, let them sit on the shell for a month before trading? Like, it seems every time I try trading over the earnings I end up getting iced, which is why I don't bother anymore, but it seems to be working for everyone else.

Yeah, you can let the NP's sit for a while when you make a decent NP's on it, I suggest you make like 500k - 1mil which will take around 3 - 5 with a good list xD
Or
Convert the NPs to ETS and let them sit there and put it up on TP after a week to three xD

I heard gifting is just as safe as the TP. Did you mean 3-5 days? That seems pretty quick! How many shells do you actively SS on? What's a safe amount of shells to SS on? I apologize for all the questions.

Yes, 3 -5 days to get that much NPs.
It depends, are you goin' for NPs in a short time / just tryin' to play as much as games possible for shells so that it could be use to it's full potential...
So yeah, it depends on the user. xD
There is no such thing as a 'safe' thing when your cheating xD
