It's working for me at the moment. There have been a couple of times recently when it will say that there is no valid email on file (even though it's a valid email), but if I just go back and try again then it worked for me.

I do get the same thing with the page (/forgotpassword.phtml) but I am guessing that is intended, since when I click the forgotten password the page it sends me to is (you need an account to see links) .
