I tried it yesterday and it worked for me. I got a broken heart keyring. Try visiting as the following times (NST) 6-7am, 2-3pm, and 10-11pm

I scrolled back a few pages, to about November 2023, and didn't see anyone post this glitch, so I'll flag as ongoing (I'm sure I'm not the first to acknowledge this issue): Password reset, account verification, and more emails are not being received. I had two different issues arise in two days, one a forced logout and the other a glitch when I tried to rest a password, and despite days of spamming, never once received my password reset email link. I had to submit a ticket for both that took approximately 7-9 for TNT to respond to (which they did do, thankfully!). In the meantime, I kept spamming, and tried different browsers, with no luck. After receiving the means to reset both accounts, a single password reset email showed up the next day. It seems like a weird problem not to fix, considering it is impacting new users as well, but there you have it.

For some reason my Neopet has been stuck at Starving for over 12 hours without its hunger level going down to Dying (which should have only taken 2 hours).

I have no idea why it's stalling like that, and it's super frustrating when I've got a ton of gourmet foods to start feeding it.
