What does the habitarium have to do with requesting a username?
Habitarium was not mentioned here and should've been. It started as a small event that only a couple of people knew about, and 2 or 3 days later everyone knew... ravaging the neo economy with obviousness.
What does the habitarium have to do with requesting a username?
I don't really think it should be kept secret. The problem isn't on Neopets end, its on the email provider.
There are a lot of email providers that block emails from Neopets because its in a range of malicious addresses.
For example, this problem occurs for Hotmail but not Yahoo.
There would be no reason for them to patch this seeing how its merely a workaround the email provider's blockage.
Heck, if you want to censor this, you might want to go edit some of the guides on this site. I know I found at least one guide that tells you how to do this..

Not true.
I have had it happen with yahoo, hotmail, gmail, aol, and many other providers.
It's on neos end I believe.
It's been like this for years and years.
Back then if you had an account with more than one username attached, you would get a message that said something like:
"This email has more than one account attached. For security reasons we cannot send the requested information!"
Then we found a way around that. Then everyone found out.
And I think munsterpoo was talking about things that people cannot keep on the downlow.
But try to send info again later.
Neo is really weird atm. I can't change the email attached to an account, so it makes sense that you couldn't receive info either.
Just try once they get their shit together.
