Interesting, I searched CK and it seems like this error happened before
1. Back in 2022, when a bunch of pets temporarily became UC, and
2. End of January 2024, which IIRC is about when NCUCs were released.
Wonder if they're working on the next wave of NCUCs, and that entails botching the entire site for some reason

Good to have confirmation. The normal IID site is useless because the top level domain check it uses only gets the splash page and not like the main site, although that problem is mainly caused by the people who changed the splash page to begin with...

The stupid site WILL NOT load and I'm about to put a fist through my laptop screen
Edit: I turned my wifi off and then back on again and it finally loaded. I still say the error was on Neopet's side because nothing else was having trouble loading on my existing wifi connection.

The lag has been pretty bad around midnight, NST, for about 15 minutes. Perhaps it's extended with Negg Fest now? I'm not sure. It was just fine at 11:55.
Read a comment on the subreddit the other day, that people had noticed the site slowing down drastically at around 12am. Their theory was it's the FC bots placing their bets 🤷
