what was the ticket about?
when i got a solution suggested for a hacked account, they told me that they froze it for protection so the probably took some action?
Not sure if this is in the wrong section (Joe, feel free to move it to the right section!)
So anyways, I submitted a ticket way back in 03/21/2014 and it got an update today, 03/21/2016. However, all it says is 'Solution Suggested'.
It doesn't say anything else. My ticket still looks the same except for a change in the status, from 'open' to Solution Suggested'.
Anyone mind explaining to me what this means?

Wait wait, it took them two years to get to your ticket?
Huh... I've never heard of anything like that before.
Maybe check to see if they made any changes based on what the ticket was about? For example, if it was about a missing trophy then go and check if they gave you a trophy? Or if it was about a frozen account, check if it was unfrozen?
If nothing's been fixed, I'd re-open the ticket and hopefully they'll respond a lot faster than last time x.x
If you message them on FB, they respond a looot faster.
I honestly can't believe how long TNT take to respond. I sent a ticket about NC that never showed on my account three months ago and still nothing, and this is real money we're talking about! I could sue 'em.
Is there definitely nothing there? Nestled away somewhere when you scroll down? It's rather odd.

The ticket was about a frozen account. I wanted to get it unfrozen. I checked, the account is still frozen. Nothing changed.
And strangely enough, the 'update' came exactly 2 years from the date of the ticket I sent. I wonder if it was an automated reply. I'll try mailing them/messaging them on Facebook when I get more time on my hands (as I'm currently on a holiday) to see what's going on.
@(you need an account to see links), I hope they get back to you about your NC soon. I've heard that people posting on the Facebook wall about such matters get a response quicker than those who don't.

I also got an update to my ticket! Sent in a ticket about 2 years ago as well, May 2014. Really odd why they're getting replied to now? Maybe it was an automatic reply sent out... I'll have to check Neo when I get on my computer.
