For those who might not know, the Beauty Contest is a contest where you can draw a picture of your Neopet and enter it against other people who drew Neopets of the same species. All entries are available for people to vote for, for one week. At noon every Friday, a new contest begins and the votes form the previous week are tabulated; the three Neopets who placed highest in each species receive a trophy and an avatar for the account they're on.
The BC avatar was activated on January 22 (after a year of not working properly). Knowing that it might be handy in finding some trends, I started taking notes of how many entries there were each week - starting on January 29, the first week people could enter with the knowledge that the avatar was working. Here I'll display the data collected each week, with a recap at the end of how it can help YOU get your avatar NOW.
I will point out, though, that you might not find much of this interesting unless you're into statistics, like me.Bear with me though, there is a point to it!
