Thumbs up [Python] NeoQuest II AutoCompleter

Everything Done Wait for the Program Thread.

    Last Change:
    • Added automatic equipment upgrade (Will check the inventory after every battle if there's was a "You found 1 XXXXX XXXXX xXXXX" message(different than "You found ## Gold pieces") and equip the equipment if it's ID it's higher than the one equipped)
    • Perfecting respawn points for Normal and Evil difficulties
    History script completed.

Just in case anyone wonders how I'm doing, so far I can pretty much do anything.
All that's left is go through the game in easy mode to make the game script (movements scripts, talk-to's, buy gear and equip it, get avatars, etc...).
And fix whatever bugs I encounter.

I also want it to resume from the respawn point when you die in normal and evil difficulty.

    Current Output:

    Suggestions welcome.

Aren't there already existing movelists for neoquest II? I doubt that you'd actually need to go through the game yourself in its entirety to make the game script.

There are, but I just want to make sure they work 100%

Ah I see... Have you ever considered implementing semi-automatic pathing? if you can locate yourself relative to destination point on a map it shouldnt be too hard to write a semi-decent automatic pathing script.

That seems like a lot of work that I don't want to do

Are you keeping each player stat up at the top of the console window and only changing the bottom log? That would be pretty sweet to see the static text like that and then the bottom just scrolling through when Neo servers are being fast. Optional amount of log to display before the last entry is deleted for the next. (Y)

    This looks amazing!

How does it work now/how are you planning for it to work? Can someone start the auto-player from anywhere in NQ2 or do they have to be at certain locations?

    Certain locations

    Edit:
If you use my autoplayer it should play from start to finish though, so you wouldn't need to go to the starting points except if something broke.

I see, that's pretty cool. How will this program compare to the NQ2 player that already exists on this site? Is this going to be better in some way, or is it more of an excersize to see if you can make it yourself?

Sounds like this will be a true auto-player much like the NQI script we have by methrend.
