For the ppl looking for results, I have an observation: while I was on Jellyneo trying to find a rarity 89 or 88 item, I observed that the most expensive item r89 is about 50k...while the most expensive r88 is 100k... I also looked down to r80 but nothing better than r88. Also, that item is Halloween Y14 Goodie Bag... now go to the wishing well page and see what people is getting the most? Halloween Y14 Goodie Bag! which means that probably your theory works... at least it makes sense for me, thats the most expensive thing one can wish, following your theory! so I tried and thanks in advance!
